Oshi Withdrawals: Processing Time, Limits and KYC

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding withdrawal requests; however, if we are unable to reach you by email or phone within two (2) weeks from the withdrawal request date, your account may be locked due to failure to complete the KYC process.

The weekly withdrawal limit is 3,000 EUR or an equivalent in other currencies since the last successful cashout. The monthly limit is 15,000 EUR or it's equivalent in other currencies.

KYC documents will be reviewed within 30 working days from the date all requested documents are provided.

For account verification, the Casino requires documents (ID, payment proofs, utility bills, etc.) in either Latin or Cyrillic alphabets. If the player cannot provide documents in these scripts, the Casino may require a video verification showing the player presenting their documents.

The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player's residence.

If a player requests a withdrawal but the total bets placed since their last deposit amount to less than three times that deposit, the Casino may charge the player for transaction processing fees related to deposits and withdrawals.

If a player refuses to provide the requested documents or if discrepancies are found between the submitted documents and the actual information, the casino reserves the right to close the player's account and confiscate any funds held in the account.

Any winnings, whether obtained through bonuses or real money play, may be subject to forfeiture if the player does not provide complete KYC information within 40 days from the date of the request.

To wager the bonus / free spins result, you need to make bets for an amount 40 times the bonus / free spins result amount.

At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
