How We Check Casino Withdrawal Terms
We read each casino's own public documents and quote the clauses that decide how and when you get paid, word for word, with a link and a date. We do not deposit, play or withdraw with real money, and we never present a stated time as a measured one.
What we check
- The official site. We open it and read the footer for a licence number and the company named as operator. If the footer names none, we say so.
- Terms and conditions, bonus terms and payment pages. We read the current version and quote the clauses about withdrawal processing time, withdrawal limits, verification (KYC), fees, voided winnings, dormant accounts, restricted countries and complaints.
- Payment tables. Where a casino publishes withdrawal methods with limits and times that anyone can read without an account, we show that table with the quoted text. Where it does not, we write "Not published before sign-up".
- Player complaints. Under a clause we show public Trustpilot reviews that complain about exactly that issue. We do not edit them and cannot verify them; they show how a clause can play out.
Word for word, with a source
Every quote is copied from the live document and matched against it character for character before it is published. Each one links to the document and, where the document numbers its clauses, to the section. Figures on the payout board are short fragments of those quotes; the full clause is one hover or tap away. The only change we make is to punctuation: long dashes are shown as short hyphens. Quotes in another language are shown in that language and marked.
How the payout board is ordered
- Casinos are ranked by the processing time they state in their own terms, shortest first. Where a clause gives a range, we rank on the longest time it allows, because that is the commitment.
- Business, working and banking days are ranked as days. A method-specific time (for example, bank transfer only) is used only when the casino states no general time, and is labelled.
- Where times are equal, a casino that publishes a withdrawal limit comes first, then the casino with more quoted facts, then the more recent check.
- A casino with no stated processing time is not ranked. It is listed separately below the board.
- The featured partner is ranked by the same rules as everyone else. Being a partner does not move it up.
Currencies
We show amounts in the currency the document uses. We do not convert EUR or USD to Canadian dollars, and we treat "$" as Canadian dollars only when the document says CAD.
Dates and re-checks
Every page shows the date of the check behind it. We re-check the terms of all 22 casinos every month. If a casino stops stating a processing time, it leaves the ranked board (14 casinos at the latest check) automatically. If a page would list fewer than two casinos with evidence, the page is not published.
What we do not do
- We do not claim to have tested deposits or withdrawals.
- We do not give star ratings or scores.
- We do not invent payout times, limits or bonuses. If a fact is not in the casino's own documents, it is not on this site.
- We do not list casinos for Ontario, where offshore casinos are not available.
Questions about a quote? Every fact sheet links to the document it comes from, so you can read the clause in context. See the payout board or about this site.
