I had to wait 48hours pending then wait another 3-7 days to clear into my bank account. Also i thought my withdrawal was $650.

I withdrew winnings from my account and it took over 3 weeks until I actually got it. I will say that the customer service reps I was dealing with were decent, but whoever runs there account verification department should immediately be fired. It was a tortuous and beyond lengthy process to get money that was mine. Frustrating beyond belief.
Really slow withdrawal customer service sucks.. when I asked him for help to change my address on my account. They asked me to verify my account like 20 different ways and then they just said send an email to here. Worst casino website!! Says nothing about forfeiting your money if you dont meet olay through requirements. They stole just under $300 with that fine print.
