Withdrawal processing time

Withdrawal limits
The maximum withdrawal amount per 24-hour period is GBP10,000 or currency equivalent.
Players who withdraw a sum of money that is 5 times or more, greater than their lifetime deposits across the Casino Group will liable for detailed game and play review and only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of €4,000 per week.
Verification (KYC) before you withdraw

When winnings can be voided
The Casino reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction.
Suddenly my account was closed, no warning, no information, just closed. Try to login and says info is wrong, finally able to reach customer support and they said my account was closed for safety and security reasons but did not specify. Wagering and bonus expiry
Bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of at least 70 times ("Play- Through Requirement") before it can be transferred from your Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance.
If unused casino bonuses remain, that bonus, as well as any winnings generated by such bonuses and loyalty points issued, will lapse after 6 months of date of issue.
Maximum win from bonuses and free spins
Where a Sign-Up Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Maximum bet while a bonus is active
The maximum bet while a bonus is actively being played through is €8 per round and 50c per line. Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting any winnings.
After they paid me out for blackjack wins, they changed the maximum bet on ALL blackjack tables to maximum 5 dollars. Even though ALL their blackjack tables have the add coins options. Asshats are too stupid to realize...you just lost customers that like to 'split', double down' and you name it. Their programming is very bad since they can't compute a basic Blackjack game. Minimum deposit to get a bonus
The welcome bonus will automatically be credited to the Bonus Account upon a successful purchase of 10 currency units or more.
Inactive account fees
an administration fee equivalent to 10 Euros of such credit balance shall be levied monthly over a 18 month period, after which the remaining balance will be forfeited.
